Planner could do for downtown Athens what he did for Tulsa
Two years ago, the University of Georgia College of Environment and Design professor wrapped up a master plan for downtown Tulsa, Okla. It’s a much different city from Athens, but that plan provides insight into what Crowley can do if the Athens Downtown Development Authority hires him.
